In any event, in my opinion, you should not do business with them, since they don't pay their web developers. In 2007 I was contacted by someone from their company to redesign their web site, using Flash. This was duly done, and a number of changes made to their specifications, however, when it came time to deploy the site, there was apparently some problem getting access to their domain, or that was their story, at any rate. After some months of delay, in a good faith effort to move the project forward, I offered them a discount, as well as help with the domain problem, but they didn't get back to me, nor did they pay the 50% I requested before deploying the site. The last communication I had was to the effect that they had changed their mind and didn't want the new site. This kind of attitude makes life very difficult for the small developer like myself. We sometimes devote weeks of time and effort to a project, and then to be told we get nothing for it is frustrating, to say the least. Most developers are now requiring payment in advance, for obvious reasons. I guess I've always thought a deal was a deal, and I took them at their word. Once again, in my opinion, you should take your business elsewhere.
